CONCUSSION RETURN TO SPORT CLINIC

Our licensed medical practitioners provide comprehensive concussion management, including:
Initial and follow-up evaluations
Coordination of care among specialists
Treatment of symptoms
Referrals to internal or external providers as needed
Ordering diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, MRIs, blood work) based on your clinical presentation
Physical Therapy, specialty in vestibular therapy
Our licensed physical therapist conducts a thorough evaluation of:
Vestibular and visual systems
Static and dynamic balance
Cervical spine
Exercise tolerance
Treatment may address vertigo, dizziness, nausea, balance challenges, visual disturbances, neck pain, and headaches. Techniques may include manual therapy, dry needling, and the creation of an individualized exercise plan to support a safe return to daily activities and physical exertion.
