Molly began her healthcare journey by first obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Temple University in Philadelphia. She was most interested in clinical research and translating research to patient care. She then earned a second Bachelor's degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia where she also later completed her advanced nursing degree. She has previously worked as a provider in both neurology and neurosurgery in New York City and New Jersey. 

Outside of work, she typically spends time with her husband and many pets as well as exploring Colorado.
